Looks like sales at 1212 Fifth Avenue are about to get underway, with the launch of a flashy new website revealing the available floorplans. The $47 million conversion of the old Mount Sinai building by the Durst Organization was announced back in summer of 2009, and things went pretty smoothly since then. Even the Mount Sinai Deathstar is going up swimmingly, proving that all Hospital development deals don’t totally suck. Anyway, available units in the Upper East Side but-really East Harlem building range from 800 square-foot one bedrooms to 3,600 square foot five-bedrooms and a 2,900 square foot penthouse with 2,100 square feet of terraces. Unfortunately no word on pricing as of yet.
